LOTTO COMMISION TOPS £2K!

THE Sonstrust today announce another fundraising success thanks to the efforts of Board member Tommy Hughes.

Tommy, our membership secretary, acts as an agent for the Sons Lotto on behalf of the Trust and the latest commission cheque he handed over to treasure Jo McBride was just over £1,000, taking the total in the past 12 months to £2,000 ! A fantastic effort and another demonstration of the various agencies set-up to help Dumbarton FC working together.

The commission money is used to continue the aims of the Trust’s objectives with most of it inevitably being put back into the Club.

And in addition to the Lotto commission fundraising, Tommy has been busy on the E-Bay front too where he sells back issue of the Sons View and other football memorabilia and at the May Trust Board meeting he handed over funds totalling £1,000! Just brilliant!

Well done Tommy, and thanks from all the membership!

Tommy is a real asset to Sonstrust. He’s also a thoroughly good bloke!
